History Taking:

  • Coital frequency – Contraceptive Practice
  • Any problems related to Erection & Ejaculation
  • History of recent illness / surgery on the Scrotum
    (eg :- Hydrocele, Hernia ) fevers, Torsion etc.
  • Diabetes
    a) Body Configuration ( enunchoidism )
    b) Presence of facial and pubic hair


Gyncecomastias ( Enlargement of male breasts)
 
Lack of development of penis and scrotum (testis)
 
Phimosis – Inability to retract the prepuce tight prepuce may result in Para Phimosis
 
Hypo spadias – men with uretheral opening not located at the tip of the penis – meatus on the site higher on the penis associated with penile curvature urethral diverticulum, stricture ( blocking of urinary passage)
 
Scrotum : Filarial Scrotum – with thickening of scrotal skin & penis
 
Multiple Sebaceous Cysts on scrotum / Absence of Vas
